Our founder

Sudipta is a senior banker with over 30 years of experience in India & UAE. He has worked with large global and regional banks such as HSBC, ANZ, Emirates NBD and First Abu Dhabi Bank, leading different businesses and functions such as Cards and Payments, Retail Assets, Retail Credit, Sales, Branch Distribution and Marketing during his career.

After over 20 years in business roles, Sudipta moved to learning and talent management and has led this function for retail banking as well as corporate banking and financial markets. He brings a unique combination of an understanding of financial services coupled with the exposure to L&D, Talent and HR.

At present, Sudipta is engaged as an independent consultant and trainer in retail banking, wealth management, digital banking, risk management, fintech, and change management. He conducts regular trainings and workshops for various banks across MENA, India, Southeast Asia, Europe and US.

Sudipta is an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, a certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and a certified GALLUP Strengths coach.
